Colgate gets OK for extension

Colgate-Palmolive Co., New York, received Food & Drug Administration approval to market a line extension of Total toothpaste called Fresh Stripe. The extension, a high-impact mint flavor in gel form, will offer extra breath freshening ability and is already available in 58 countries. Y&R Advertising handles Total.
