Your Dec. 5 article, "Grumbles heard at Comdex," hit a chord. Comdex's responses to the complaints of exhibitors are reminiscent of what was said about the National Computer Conference some 15 years ago.

NCC management responded similarly to Comdex management. Despite its size and clout, NCC is no more. Perhaps there's a lesson for the Interface Group here in customer satisfaction.
