Company stiffs NAD

University Medical Products USA, Newport Beach, Calif., won't cooperate with an inquiry from the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureau into ads for company's Face Lift line of skincare products. The ads, done in-house, claimed the products yielded anti-aging results within days. They were disputed by CCA Industries. NAD said it has turned the matter over to the Federal Trade Commission for review.
