CompuServe kicks off 2000 ads

CompuServe today launches CompuServe 2000, an upgrade to its CompuServe 4.0 software. D.J. Dircks & Associates, St. James, N.Y., is creating a print campaign for newspapers and consumer magazines; New York-based Gotham is handling radio and cable TV spots. The tagline is "Serious information. Dependable Internet access."
