Conde Nast names new 'VF' publisher

Conde Nast Publications, New York, said it named Architectural Digest Publisher Peter King Hunsinger to be VP-publisher of Vanity Fair, succeeding Mitch Fox, named senior VP-corporate sales earlier this week. A successor at AD is to be named Thursday. In other moves: Steven Binder, associate publisher of Allure, will be named VP-corporate sales, reporting to Mr. Fox; Bride's Publisher Deborah Fine was named publisher of Glamour, succeeding Mary Berner, who was earlier named president-CEO of Fairchild Publications, now a unit of Conde Nast parent Advance Publications; and Robert Silverstone, who worked under now departed exec VP Catherine Viscardi Johnston as VP-advertising business manager, was named to the newly created position of VP-advertising services.
