This outdoor board has raised quite a ruckus in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The board was created in-house by Page & Associates, a Cleveland company that buys life insurance policies of those terminally ill with AIDS and other diseases. The owner of the bar directly below the board complained to 3M, which owns the space, and the board came down earlier this month. But 3M said there was a misunderstanding, and the board went back up the following day.
