[canandaigua, n.y.] Cook's champagne is expanding its sponsorship of ice skating by linking with U.S. Men's Figure Skating Champion and Olympics contender Todd Eldredge.

The brand, marketed by Canandaigua Wine Co., will feature Mr. Eldredge in its second annual Cook's Champagne on Ice show Oct. 12 in Charlotte, N.C. On Dec. 8, Cook's will sponsor another show, Todd Eldredge & Friends, in Detroit. Both ice shows will get prime-time airings on ESPN in December, during the important holiday selling period.

Mr. Eldredge also appears in a Cook's TV spot breaking next month via Trone Advertising, Greensboro, N.C.
