(May 15, 2001) -- Coolsavings.com, which provides e-marketing services to help online and offline marketers acquire and retain customers, is launching a new promotional vehicle, Sales Circulars. Similar to traditional, offline circulars, Coolsavings' offering is designed to drive traffic into bricks-and-mortar stores as well as help online retailers increase sales.
