(July 2, 2001) -- E-marketing company Coolsavings.com, Chicago, added a new offering to its suite of services that enables online and offline companies to ask customers specific questions in order to develop more targeted, customized e-mail incentives.

Select Response Surveys, which can be sent via category-specific e-newsletters, e-mail or can be viewed at Coolsavings' Web site, can supply information to advertisers such as purchase intent or brand preferences.

Coolsavings closed trading today at 29 cents, down 1 cent, near its all-time low. -- Cara Beardi
