Cordiant creates CCG.XM Internet unit

Cordiant Communications Group, London, established CCG.XM as a new subsidiary to consolidate its existing network of Internet service companies. The new group--with more than 200 employees in offices in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Middle East and Australia - will include units that have been under different names such as Expanded Media in Asia, XM Harrow in Australia, Bates Interactive in the U.K. and 141 Interactive in the U.S. CCG.XM will offer solutions in e-business strategy, brand strategy, e-commerce execution, back-end network infrastructure, front-end design and implementation.
