In "SonicNet plans international ventures, eyes TV" (May 26, P. 36), the music Web site has budgeted $500,000 for its TV venture. It is not an investment to date.

In "Shops' specialized services making a splash overseas" (May 19, P. 47), regarding a court ruling in the monopolistic practices suit brought by Information Resources Inc. against Dun & Bradstreet Corp., A.C. Nielsen Corp. and IMS International, the court in early May denied the defendants' motion to dismiss the suit, and upheld seven of eight counts while giving IRI 60 days to present additional information on the eighth count. The three defendants had sought a dismissal of the antitrust suit on grounds that the New York court lacked jurisdiction in the case, which is worldwide in nature. The case is being heard by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
