Cox left hanging as Today's Man files Chap. 11

Published on .

The Cox Group is the latest agency to be caught up in a retailer's bankruptcy. Its client, Today's Man, Moores-town, N.J., filed for a Chapter 11 reorganization with U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Wilmington, Del., on Feb. 2, one day after the agency conducted a photo shoot. Today's Man operates 35 men's wear superstores, and spent $13 million on advertising in 1994.
