Omnicom Group, as expected, has agreed to acquire Creative Media, a buying service with clients such as Avon, Polaroid and NASDAQ. Omnicom Chairman-CEO Bruce Crawford said the company will pay cash for Creative Media, though he wouldn't disclose the price. Observers had expected the shop to fetch $10 million. Mr. Crawford said Creative Media will have no impact on media operations at Omnicom's BBDO
