Cronin & Co. acquires Web shop

Ad agency Cronin & Co., Glastonbury, Conn., acquired a majority stake in cpr, an Avon-based interactive agency. Todd Gray, cpr's principal, was named director of digital services at the unit. He will oversee Web development, online marketing and ad campaigns. Cronin, which also offers clients advertising, public relations and direct marketing services, said it has more than $60 million in billings.
