Riding the buzz about his summer frolic with aliens, "Men in Black," Will Smith soared to the top of Cover Story's list for June. The rapper turned movie star earned 7 points with the covers of GQ, Us and Jet, as the sci-fi comedy hyped its July 2 opening.
Two film faves tied for No. 2, with Jodie Foster and Julia Roberts both winning 6 points as their summer box-office offerings, "Contact" and "My Best Friend's Wedding," respectively, headed toward movie screens.
Fourth place went to Sylvester Stallone, racking up 5 points on news of his wedding. A well-publicized case of infidelity landed a famous couple in the top 10. Kathie Lee Gifford earned 4.5 points to tie for fifth place with Nicolas Cage, while her husband, Frank, got 3.5 points, moving into a four-way tie for 10th place. Others placing in the top 10 for June were: George Clooney, JonBenet Ramsey and Brad Pitt, all with 4 points; and the Duchess of York, Farrah Fawcett and Rene Russo, 3.5 points apiece.
