Cyber Dialogue acquires database marketing unit from Yankelovich Partners

Cyber Dialogue, an Internet customer relationship management company, acquired the AIM (Applied Management Marketing) division of Yankelovich Partners, which provides marketing database development and high-end analytical services, such as predictive modeling and segmentation. The acquisition adds 21 employees to Cyber Dialogue, as well as folds in AIM's clients, including pharmaceutical and financial institutions, to Cyber Dialogue's client roster. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
