Cybercash aspiring to Netscape-style smash?

Software and electronic payment services developer CyberCash, Reston, Va., announced Friday it has filed registration papers for an initial public offering with the Securities & Exchange Commission. CyberCash intends to sell 2 million shares of common stock at a price range of $15 to $17 per share. Hambrecht & Quist and Robertson, Stephens & Co. are managing the offering.
