CyberSight acquires Nine Dots

Web shop CyberSight, Portland, Ore., has acquired Nine Dots, an Irvine, Calif., interactive marketing company. Nine Dots will become a wholly owned subsidiary of CyberSight. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The merged company will have offices in Irvine Los Angeles; Portland, Ore.; San Francisco; Tacoma, Wash.; and Toronto, Ontario. Nine Dots CEO Craig Holland will keep his title and additionally become VP-Southern California, for CyberSight. CyberSight's clients include Dole Food Co., Molson Canada and Quaker Oats Co.
