Dahlin Smith White is contacting media buying agencies for its annual study to check prices, but Dahlin is expected to keep broadcast buying at Western International Media, Los Angeles. At stake mainly is Intel Corp.'s $30 million TV account. Media executives said Intel wants to ensure Western is giving it the lowest flat rate. Dahlin has contacted SFM Media and DeWitt Media, New York; and International Communications Group, Los Angeles, executives said.
