Finalists in International Dairy Queen's $25 million to $30 million account review are Saatchi & Saatchi, Grey Advertising, BBDO Worldwide, Publicis/Bloom, and Lord Group, all New York; Campbell-Ewald Advertising, Warren, Mich., and incumbent Campbell Mithun Esty, Minneapolis. Final presentations will be made the last week of April.
