Dash.com, a company that gives consumers a free online shopping tool called the DashBar that travels the Web with shoppers, picked DiNoto/Lee, New York, as first agency to handle its $10 million to $15 million account following a formal review that included four other agencies. DiNoto/Lee will be responsible for overall brand development, offline advertising and media and online advertising and media.
