Data broadcasting network

WavePhore and PBS National Datacast teamed to offer a system of sending data to personal computers via the vertical blanking interval of a TV signal. WavePhore will distribute data via PBS's network of 250-plus TV stations. The two companies are now seeking content partners for the network. WavePhore already distributes business-to-business broadcasts for Dow Jones & Co., Reuters, Associated Press and others.
