Day #9 in strike talks

Negotiations between advertisers and striking commercial actors continued for a ninth straight day on Sept. 26 in an effort to end the nearly 5-month-old work stoppage. Both sides worked through last weekend, well into the early-morning hours on Monday, signaling hope that an agreement could be reached. Still, one executive close to the talks said the negotiations are tenuous at best and could break down at any time.
