Janet Bustin, Steve Sweitzer to Head Shop With $155 Million in Billings

SAN FRANCISCO (AdAge.com) -- The Dallas office of Omnicom Group's DDB Worldwide has reorganized its management.

Managing Partner Janet Bustin, 46, assumes the role of managing director. She succeeds President-CEO Jake Schroepfer, 48, who has left to become CEO of Electronic Billboard Technology, a subsidiary of SI Diamond Technologies.

Ms. Bustin will team with Steve Sweitzer, 44, the shop's new executive creative director who will also have the title of managing partner. Mr. Sweitzer fills a position that had been vacant for a year.

Mr. Sweitzer had held top creative jobs at Chiat/Day, now Omnicom's TBWA/Chiat/Day; Hal Riney & Partners, now Publicis Groupe's Publicis & Hal Riney, and Interpublic Group of Cos.' McCann-Erickson, San Francisco.

The shop has 150 employees and billings of $155 million, with clients including retailer J.C. Penney's, McIlhenny Tabasco sauce, Dean Foods and Hilton Corp.'s Hampton Inn.
