DDB makes executive shifts

DDB Worldwide, New York, has made a number of top-level executive shifts. Alan Pilkington, 57, becomes president of DDB North America and Latin American. He remains chairman of DDB, Chicago. Dick Rogers, 50, moves to president of DDB's U.S. operations from president of DDB, Chicago. Also: Keith Bremer, 45, to chief operating officer from chief financial officer; James Best, 45, adds the newly created post of global strategic officer to his current duties as chairman of BMP DDB, London; Michael Bray, 49, to president of international brands, a new post, from managing director-worldwide accounts; and Herve Brossard, 50, to president of continental Europe from president of southern Europe, while remaining president of DDB Group, France.
