DDB names digital strategy chief

DDB Worldwide named John Zeigler, 45, to the new worldwide post of director of digital strategy, New York, from president-CEO of DDB Singapore and DDB Southeast Asia. Mr. Zeigler will develop strategy and direction for DDB Digital. Greg Taucher, 45, will take over the bulk of Mr. Zeigler's responsibilities, becoming chairman of the Singapore group and president-CEO of DDB Southeast Asia. Mr. Taucher previously was managing director of worldwide accounts for Asia-Pacific. His successor is expected to be named shortly. DDB Singapore's Executive Creative Director, Tim Evill, 43, becomes president-CEO of that office.
