DDB's Kaess to get CEO title

DDB Worldwide President Ken Kaess, 46, will succeed Keith Reinhard, 65, as CEO as of Jan. 1. Mr. Kaess keeps his president title at the New York agency, while Mr. Reinhard remains chairman. DDB has also reorganized its top management structure so 10 top executives report in to Mr. Kaess (for more on Mr. Kaess' rise, see the Oct. 23 issue of Advertising Age).
