Agency Files Intent to Protest FCB Win of $125 Million Account

Los Angeles, has filed an intent to protest the decision by the state lottery agency to award Interpublic Group of Cos.' Foote, Cone & Belding, San Francisco, its $125 million lottery account.

DDB was originally awarded the account in January but, following a protest by Grey Global Group's Grey Worldwide, the state put the account back into review.

DDB has until August 14 to formally file a protest. The California Lottery Commission will meet Aug. 16 to vote on the contract awarded to FCB.
