Online news group site Deja News introduced Deja Communities, an online community aimed at small groups and businesses.
Deja News is licensing home page creation tools from Homestead, a Menlo Park, Calif., software company. The service is meant to help groups establish an online presence or to help add interactivity to static home pages.
