Dell unveils new Internet support features

Dell Computer Corp. is beefing up the service and support features on its site, enhancing features that help customers diagnose problems with their PCs and track orders from the factory floor to their homes or offices. Every day Dell's site sells $3 million in systems and services, and attracts about 80,000 customers looking for technical support.
