Delta moves $100 mil in media buying to Starcom

Delta Air Lines has awarded Starcom Worldwide, Chicago, a division of Leo Group, media buying for its $100 million account. The incumbent was Zenith Media Services, New York. Starcom earlier won media planning. Delta was said to have been considering Western Initiative Media Worldwide, Atlanta.
