Also at Bates units: Gary Steele to managing director, Bates Retail, a new unit, from exec VP, account management; and Dany Khosrovani to CEO of an unnamed start-up unit handling marketing to seniors, from exec VP-managing director of the marketing services group. All four of those positions are new.
