Dentsu opens in Toronto

Dentsu, Japan's largest advertising agency, has opened and office in Toronto and is going after auto business. Called DCA, the new agency is a 50-50 joint venture between Dentsu and Montreal-based Cadence Advertising. Account services director is Ralph Luciw, formerly national advertising and PR manager for Subaru Canada.
