Deutsch gets larger DirecTV role DirecTV added direct marketing duties to the general advertising business handled by Interpublic Group of Cos.' Deutsch, Marina del Rey, Calif. The direct work, which includes direct sales and customer acquisition efforts, was awarded to the shop without a formal review. Billings were not disclosed.
