Larry Zusman was named senior VP at G&M Direct, a new unit of Gianettino & Meredith, Short Hills, N.J., and charged with developing color digital marketing programs for clients seeking customized one-to-one communications. "Digital technology allows you to vary the message from individual to individual in an automated environment based on producing a response," Mr. Zusman says. His top priority in heading the new unit is "the development and creation of marketing programs using this technology. We'll develop true one-to-one marketing programs."
