Quigley-Simpson & Heppelwhite to Manage TV Ad Campaigns

CHICAGO (AdAge.com) -- Four direct-response TV advertising veterans opened a new agency to manage all aspects of direct-response ad campaigns.

The Los Angeles-based shop, called Quigley-Simpson & Heppelwhite, was formed by Gerald Bagg, Renee Hill, Peter Smaha and Bruce Somers.

Gerald Bagg, previously head of Blagman-Century Media, a unit of Blagman Media International, is president of Quigley-Simpson. Mr. Bagg's prior agency experience includes stints at Grey Global Group's Grey Worldwide and Omnicom Group's DDB Worldwide.

Ms. Hill, executive vice president, oversees client services and agency operations. Mr. Smaha, executive creative director, and Mr. Somers, executive producer, are responsible for the shop's creative operations.

The agency will manage duties ranging from concept development and media buying to production, telemarketing and fulfillment.
