Walt Disney Co.'s Disney Interactive, North Hollywood, Calif., is seeking its first-ever agency to handle a major ad push aimed at consumers for its disney.com product. Its Club Disney unit, Burbank, Calif., a chain of entertainment establishments aimed at families that has begun a slow national roll-out in Southern California, has parted ways with Goldberg Moser O'Neill, San Francisco. It's not known if a new agency is being sought; Club Disney didn't return calls. Club Disney hired Goldberg last year after parting ways with Wunderman
