DMB&B changes brand, restructures

D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles is changing its brand and has unveiled a corporate restructuring. The New York-based agency is dropping the commonly known DMB&B brand in favor of D'Arcy. The agency's corporate name remains unchanged. Also, it has created a new TransAtlantic region, which unites North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The new area will be headed by John Farrell, who moves from president-North America to the title of co-president and CEO of the new region, and Susan Gianinno, who adds the title of co-president to her existing role as chief branding officer worldwide.
