DMB&B shifts execs; Hudson heads to Frito

Dawn Hudson is leaving D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles as New York managing director for the new post of exec VP-sales and marketing, Frito-Lay. Carol Schuster, DMB&B CEO-Warsaw and managing director of Central and Eastern Europe, succeeds Ms. Hudson. Separately, DMB&B's New York creative department will now be led by John Nieman, who remains vice chairman and chief creative officer. The job was vacant.
