GOP presidential candidate Bob Dole's first post-convention advertising breaks Tuesday night in 16 politically competitive states, including California. A 30-second spot, touting Mr. Dole's tax-cut plan and including footage from the Republican convention, will air in a $3.5 million media buy, paid for in part by the Republican National Committee. The spot comes from New Century Media Group and was produced by Mike Murphy of Murphy, Pintak & Gautier, McLean, Va., one of the three ad execs in New Century..
