McElligott, both Minneapolis; and Temerlin McClain, Dallas, made the cut. The No. 2 pizza chain also said it will split its creative and media buying functions. McCann will compete with J. Walter Thompson USA, Chicago and Detroit, for media buying agency-of-record. Incumbent Grey Advertising, New York, is not participating. A decision in both reviews is expected by late March.
