DoubleClick to acquire Opt-In

DoubleClick, an Internet advertising network, is acquiring Opt-In, an Internet e-mail marketing, publishing and list management company, for an undisclosed amount. The all-stock transaction augments DoubleClick's previously announced DARTmail, which enable marketers using DART technology to integrate e-mail marketing campaigns.
