DoubleClick has promoted Robert Kadar to regional VP of Alta Vista, which as DoubleClick's biggest client accounts for 44% of the ad sales company's revenues, according to January Security & Exchange Commission filings. Mr. Kadar was previously regional VP in charge of DoubleClick's New York sales team. Also, DoubleClick has hired Tom Hartman, previously advertising director of Conde Nast's Vogue
magazine, as VP in charge of its New York sales team.
