DoubleClick opens ad network in Sweden

Ad network DoubleClick and Ad-It, a Web ad sales startup have launched DoubleClick Scandinavia, which will located in Stockholm and have sales responsibility for Sweden. It will eventually expand its coverage to Norway, Denmark and Finland. The Scandinavian company is modeled after the U.S. one, with a network of Scandinavian Web sites. According to a study from Infratest Burke of Sweden, Scandinavia is one of the world's leading Internet markets in terms of per capita usage.
