(June 1, 2001) -- DoubleClick, which raised the ire of privacy advocates last year, has posted a new privacy policy on its Web site and invited the privacy community, policymakers and consumers to review it. The company said it had rewritten its 10-point policy to be more consumer-friendly. The policy covers DoubleClick's dealings with both consumers and customers. -- Catharine P. Taylor
