DoubleClick settles suits with 24/7 Media and L90

Internet ad networks DoubleClick and 24/7 Media, and 24/7's subsidiary Sabela Media, settled the patent litigation suit filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan. DoubleClick also announced it had separately agreed to settle a suit it had with ad network L90, as well as L90's counterclaims. As part of the 24/7 settlement, both ad networks will be granted certain rights to their respective patents. No other terms of the settlement were disclosed. Separately, L90 and DoubleClick have entered an agreement to reach a settlement. DoubleClick's suit with L90 revolved around an alleged patent infringement regarding its DART ad serving technology. L90 countersued.
