DoubleClick wins deals with Uproar, IPO.com

Web publishers Uproar and IPO.com have signed three-year agreements with DoubleClick to use its DoubleClick DART (Dynamic Advertising Reporting & Targeting) online advertising management service. DoubleClick, under fire for its privacy policies, said the multiple-year contracts are a signal of confidence in its Web ad-serving and tracking services.
