In a new 30-second spot, diminutive sex confidante Dr. Ruth Westheimer zips a sporty Honda around the track and then steps out to offer viewers a word from her sponsor. "My advice to you," says Dr. Ruth, "is get a Prelude." She's the first celebrity in an American Honda Motor Co. spot since architect R. Buckminster Fuller hawked Civics in the '70s, said Larry Postaer, exec VP-creative director at Honda agency Rubin Postaer & Associates, Santa Monica, Calif.
