Draft buys Spanish agency

No. 3 marketing services agency Draft Worldwide, Chicago, is extending its global presence with the acquisition of integrated marketing agency Clouseau SL, Barcelona. The deal brings Draft's European network up to 32 offices in 26 countries. Clouseau was formed in 1997 by Managing Director Joan Asensio and Creative Director Francisco Segarra, who will continue to lead the agency, rerporting to Draft Worldwide Spain's managing director, Jean Antonio Guerrero. The 16-person agency's clients include health insurance company Asisa, Deutsche Bank's online arm Dbnet24 and vehicle marketer Yamaha.
