Draft Worldwide buys Netherlands agency

Draft Worldwide, Chicago, said it is expanding its European agency network with its first acquisition in the Netherlands. Draft, an Interpublic Group of Cos. agency, said it bought Amsterdam-based Borremans & Ruseler Thematische Aktienmarketing, which will do business as Borremans & Ruseler Draft Worldwide. Draft said Borremans' management team will remain in place. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Draft said key Borremans clients include Citroen, Demon Internet and Heineken. Draft already operates agencies in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the U.K.
